[Summit] waterproofing; "Power" company; replacing siding; etc.

A guy from Power just rang my front doorbell. Told me he sees we have a broken seal on one of our windows and was ready to sell us new ones. I’m sorry he has to be out in this rain, but I’m glad to have the heads up from this group that company. Thanks.
