Dear Neighbors,



Brown University's Student Move-In will be held Saturday, August 30th.  NO PARKING, STREET CLOSURES, and NEW TRAFFIC PATTERNS will be in effect during this time period. Please review the information to find out which streets will be impacted:

  

 

8/30 Saturday 

No Parking (5:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Traffic Patterns & Closures (7:00 am - 5:00 pm)

 

Waterman Street (No Parking) between Brook and Hope

 

Charlesfield Street (Closed/No Parking) between Thayer and Brown 

 

Thayer Street (No Parking) between Power and Charlesfield 

 

George Street (One Way East/No Parking) between Brown and Thayer 

 

Prospect Street (Closed/No Parking) between Cushing and Bowen

 

Young Orchard Street (One Way East/No Parking) between Hope and Cooke 

 

*Brown Street (One Way North/No Parking) between Benevolent and George Streets 







Brown University's 262nd Opening Convocation will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd. STREET CLOSINGS and NO PARKING restrictions will be in effect during this time period. Please review the information to find out which streets will be impacted:




9/2 Tuesday

NO PARKING: 5:00 am - 5:30 pm and STREET CLOSURES: 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm

College Street between Benefit and Prospect Streets

Prospect Street between George and Waterman Streets

George Street between Bannister and Brown Streets




NO PARKING ONLY: 5:00 am - 5:30 pm



Waterman Street between Prospect and Brown Streets
