[Summit] Naming our Hope St Retail area

While I understand the (minimal IMO) potential for confusion with Hope  
Village in Scituate, I think Hope Village referring to "our" Hope  
shopping area is a great, and already established, designation. I  
would not try to invent a new one. I say this from the perspective of  
someone who has worked with marketing messages and branding campaigns  
in my job.

I remember some years back when Brown U's athletic department decided  
to change the teams' nickname from Bruins to Bears (is there really a  
chance Brown sports would be confused with UCLA???).  It took years of  
constant reinforcement, meanwhile incurring the confusion and  
displeasure of many alums and local fans, to finally effect the  
switch. Is such a re-branding really worth the time and effort for our  
already well named Hope Village?
