[Summit] suggestion for narrowed street parking problems

Another suggestion:  back into your driveway.

The steerable end of your car is the more manueuverable end.  Even  
when constricted, the street has way more room to zig or zag as need  
be than your driveway does, but you can not take advantage of that  
fact if your steerable wheels are up in the narrow driveway.
