[Summit] Casing?

We see the same behavior on eighth street and I distinctly remember, about a
year ago, watching an SUV driving up our street with a man positioning a
video camera out the window as they drove. Why on earth else would one be
taking video of a residential area?
Don't we all have digital cameras? It might be a good idea to start taking
shots of these individuals and posting the photos on a public site for
everyone here to see. With enough visible material it could also serve to
dissuade others from trying their luck in this area.
