We could ask people to sign up for electronic newsletters. As they  
do, it would be fairly simple to add a field to the data base  
indicating that preference, select those who did sign up, use the  
data base to address a simple email, and attach a newsletter as  
a .pdf. Then print out labels for those not signed up. Over time,  
people will increasingly make the transition. In the meantime, we  
save some footwork.
