Thanks, the lock in question has been changed out, and the key only
opens that lock. I will find out more information on the nature of the
conversation with the police and report.
To be clear, it was our neighbor in the building and not us who
witnessed both incidents. We do have photos he took of the person and
a car they were the passenger in.
