Friends & Neighbors,
While there are cogent arguments from both camps, I have to say that quality
of life for everyone should be first consideration, after all, why do most
of us live where we do?
My personal feelings, and I hope I speak for the majority's interests, are
that overnight parking will open a can of worms that will not allow us to go
back again. Crime, noise, pollution, safety, overcrowding. I grew up in
the house that was built by my great grandmother 95 yrs. ago. I seriously
do not want to even consider moving out of this neighborhood because of any
of the aforementioned plagues. Student housing? Check in on the people
around PC. It's not a pretty blight (er, sight).
I feel for the people who don't have ample parking, but blanket overnight
parking is NOT the answer.
Thanks for listening.
Paul
PS Suspicious behavior alert will be posted shortly under appropriate
heading.
