[Summit] SNA is wrong

Louise, I couldn't agree more. The SNA board members volunteer so much time
and work so hard to make this a true neighborhood. In my experience,
they've provided plenty of opportunity for feedback. Even if there's a
glitch now and then, I think we can all assume that they are doing their
best, and I expect they are happy to consider constructive criticism.
