[Summit] Anyone notice the giant hole being dug on 12th street?

After two years of digging and paving and digging and paving, replacing the sewer lines, water lines, and gas lines, 12th Street was supposed to have been finished. Well, today backhoes showed up to 12th Street to start digging a giant hole to fix something in the street, which will, of course, be replaced with a terrible patch job, only to turn into a giant pothole of a mess next winter.

Gotta love it!!!
