[Summit] Fountain is ON

I agree with Ethan. Maybe if the fountain ran for more than a month a year the community would be more willing to buy the "W". This will be the second season in a row that the fountain will be on for a very short time. It is sad that such a heavily used park is such a low priority for the city. I base that on the quality of the playground equipment and fountain run-time compared to others in the city.
