Design Contest!
a.k.a.
Artists do work for free, because their time isn't worth anything!
The way to do this is to solicit portfolios, find someone they like, hire
them to come up with ideas, and if they like those ideas, hire them to do
it.
I sent them an e-mail (good idea!), telling them as much.
