[Summit] Projo: Brown plans to knock down 7 College Hill buildings

The real question is: where will all the bros who support the
neighborhood's 18,000 hookah bars live six-to-an-apartment in drunken
squalor if these "historic" 1930s clapboard eyesores are torn down? And has
Brown thought about the damage it's likely doing to what I've been led to
believe is Providence's sole thriving industry: fulfilling our students'
rampant, insatiable lust for fat rips of hookah and pitchers of Gansett
Light?
