[Summit] Recall Update: Kevin Jackson Still Hasn't Filed Campaign Finance Reports

Wow Tricia!

Beautifully and concisely said.

I left Ward 3 two years ago, so sadly, I cannot vote—if I could, I would vote YES—get him OUT! He has acted above the law for years by refusing to tell us where his campaign funds have been coming from and going—and then, to no surprise, he is accused of mis-using them. Long before he was indicted, I felt he should go. NO ONE is above the law.

I can’t vote on Tuesday, but I’ll be at the polls helping other people vote.

I lived in Ward 3 from 2001 to 2014 and now I am in Ward 2, not that far away. Ward 3 deserves better. This city deserves better. Council people affect a lot more than the individual neighborhoods they each serve. I personally hope that each of you will vote YES to removing Kevin Jackson. We owe it to the city of Providence to clean up our city council.

Cheers,
Kelly
