[Summit] Blackstone Estate Petition

We at What Cheer Flower Farm did dream of that property, but it’s far beyond our budget and we’re currently too busy with our three acres in the center of Olneyville. However, I agree, the tightly-placed McMansions this developer has built elsewhere are not encouraging for our neighborhood look and feel. I’d vastly prefer to see the mansion turned into condos and perhaps extended with a matching wing for more condos, with parking at the back (the main problem with this would be the parking probably.) And then the rest of the lot could be a shared, maintained yard for all residents. But, it’s certainly not as quick and easy as knocking down the old and slamming in cookie cutter housing. 

I think a lot of people would love to live in a place with a garden they don’t need to personally maintain.
