[Summit] Two Requests - Housemate & Used Car for Sale

Dear Summit Neighbors,

A long-time female friend of ours has two possibleapartments in which to reside - the one where she 
is now and her previous apartment.
**The problem is that here housemate just had to leave 
the area and she needs to find another in order to cover 
that half of the rent.  (Both places are reasonable given 
current rates - and both are in pleasant East Side locations). 
 If you know of anyone who is looking for a place to live in our

**My husband and I are seeking to buy a replacement carfor our 1996 Honda Civic.  What we want is another HondaCivic or a Toyota Corolla - probably a 2005 to 2008, in thevicinity of $3,000 to $4,500 dollars.  The other important
