Sound like kids!! This is the first incident I heard of this nature. Were
there others I'm not aware of?  I will have the 3rd shift officers keep an
eye out for this behavior in the Hope St. area. Thank you for bringing it to
my attention.

    I went out for my jog early this morning (Sat, 7/29) and I was greeted
with a mess on Hope Street. From Fourth to the Library, most of the planters
and trash cans were overturned into the street. It was a systematic
destruction of property along the entire commercial strip. As I passed by
the Baptist Church I also noticed that many plants were uprooted and thrown
on the sidewalk. What's happening in our neighborhood?
