In light of all the break-ins, etc happening in this Summit area----I  
personally think you did the right thing...and would do the same as well.   To 
me, this does sound rather suspicious.

I would think that 8:00 pm, on a Saturday night, is highly  inappropriate 
for 
this type of thing to be going on. I am open to  ideas.
