I'd say that the vast majority of children at this playground are under 4;
hence the name "Tot Lot". We had plenty of space to kick a ball around
casually but I don't recall ever seeing toddlers playing a game of pickup
soccer there.
Lippitt Park is a block away, with space for this and much more. I don't
think it's unreasonable for parents to see the Tot Lot as a place for
youngsters, castles and all.
